With more than eight years of experience leading complex technology and business transformation initiatives, Chrissie has built a career helping organisations turn strategy into successful execution.
Her experience spans enterprise project management, PMO leadership, SAP implementations, Agile delivery and operational transformation across local and international organisations.
Today, Chrissie partners with organisations to improve the way they deliver projects, optimise business processes and establish governance frameworks that enable sustainable growth.
Throughout her career, she has established Project Management Offices, led enterprise SAP programmes, managed complex project portfolios and worked alongside executive stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives across technology, healthcare, government, media and the public sector.
Her experience includes projects delivered for Universal Destinations & Experiences, the United Nations Development Programme, the African Union, Nelson Mandela Children’s Hospital and the South African Broadcasting Corporation.
